That’s why, today I have decided to disclose one of the most 💰expensive recipes in the world and believe me.., that gonna be too yyyyyuuummmmm😍😋…. to have that.

Ahmmm…, now you can think, is there any prank going on…. Specially with you hahahahaha…..

But

No no, there is nothing like that. Actually I am in a mood to cook something very expensive…

Owwooohhh

One thing more here weather you don’t wnna cook it, you may get purchase it but before going to purchase take a pause think for moment then you may proceed.…

                                                                                                I’m saying it because there is a reason, by the way if you are in a well paid job, you may think about to purchase it otherwise you would have to donate your complete salary of a month. Now the choice is all yours that you want either to purchase it or to make it at your home within your pocket size and according to your tongue or taste.

But if you have decided to purchase it, you would have to visit a famous shop named as “Chchappan Bhog” in the city of Nawabs  i.e. Lucknow (address- Sadar Bazar, Lucknow-UttarPradesh, IN). Chchappan Bhog is the only one who cooks and delivers it with all their passion and dedication all around the world. They deliver it 365 days in a calendar year with a perfect and beautiful wrapping box.

Now….,

            Without wasting your time I would like to reveal the suspense, what I’m going to cook here with you… nd ha, it is a tuck, by the way you may serve it as a dessert also. So here is the name of that desert or sweet, i.e. Exotica. And I forget to tell you the cost for purchasing it, so sorry for that ahnn. Anyway I have remembered when I purchased it, had to pay more than 50% of all my pocket at that time that’s why  I am saying it’s a bit expensive but Now a days you have to pay 51k INR(680 USD approximately) for just one kilo gram which is also not an easy task to purchase it without thinking.


By the same day I thought to cook it with all the perfection. Finally it is the day when I am going to make it with you and of course……… it is only for you. I know, I am not a chef but can cook or make it perfectly so that after reading out this blog you could say ‘I can make one of the costliest deserts in this world.’

Now here is the list of ingredients given below….

Ingredients sourced from India (available in your local market, if you are an Indian) are -

Ghee, American or Indian almond, Cashews, Pistachio (unsalted), Sugar, White Chocolate, Milk/Milk Powder, Kashmiri Saffron, gold or silver (edible)foil etc.

 

Ingredients sourced from all over the word (choose as optional) are

As Exotica is a bite-size dessert that is made with 7-8 ingredients sourced from different parts of the world. “Exotica is made with blueberries sourced from USA, macadamia from South Africa and Australia, hazelnut from Europe, pine nuts, saffron and mamra badam from other parts of the world.”

Now without wasting your time, I’d like to tell you how to make it at your home but before starting it, please prepare the list of what ingredient you have and what you don’t have. Choose all ingredients at least which are available in your local market and if you are not able to arrange a few things, no worry just put them in the list of optional ingredients’ as I could not arrange the Gold or Silver (edible) foil, macadamia and hazelnut so I put them in that optional list.

Firstly we should have to prepare the layer for dry fruits, it would better step for us as for beginners, choose to take Ghee (2tbsp) in a slightly warm frying pan after coming out a white smoke from that pan dumped down dry fruits one by one firstly almond ¼ cup, cashew ¼ cup and then unsalted pistachio at least 3tbsp and all in a fixed ratio & now roast the materials properly.


                     




When you feel a good smell coming out from it or you feel the materials have roasted properly like by showing a bit brown colour, took up it from the range of flame to get cool at room temperature till then you can prepare the base for it.

 

 

 

For making the Base, choose cashew 2cups in a mixer bowl, start the mixer and don’t stop until it would be converted in a fine powder. After that choose  six to seven tbsp water in a pan and mix 5 to 6 tbsp sugar on amount of the medium flame. Now stir well, if you would stir that properly sugar will dissolve in the water easily.
When the mixture shows its nature in consistency with 1 string, mix the cashew powder in it which you have prepared with the help of mixer 
then again mix it or stir it well but the flame should be at its medium amount, keep this thing in your mind, any way don’t stop mixing the material until and unless it is thick like this...,


 
Now give a roundup of oiling, but please use Ghee for it also would show a great smell from the base. Actually we just use this step for base separation easy from the pan but before separation don’t forget to stir up at least 10to 15 minutes when you get aware about a perfect consistency with the base, took it out from the flame. But don’t separate it from pan unless your tray is not ready with perfect greasing.

Yes now choose a tray, put a sheet of aluminum foil in it and prepare that with proper greasing in it, once it would ready transfer the base in it and spread that base evenly with respect to each corner or side.

Now spill the dry fruits which you have roasted firstly. Again I’m instructing you to spread that properly.

 

Now it’s time to prepare the last top layer.., so let’s get start it……

 

Choose white chocolate 2cups in a bowl but before that took some amount of water for boiling and put that chocolate bowl on the pot in which water is going to be boiled as it would help us to melt our white chocolate properly. No lumps remain in that chocolate bowl like this…… 

Put other dry fruits which we have remaining in this melt chocolate one by one    

and add milk powder also but here one more thing you should have to your pay attention that mixture would be a bit calm smooth and silky and cool at room temperature before adding milk powder if it is all good then after adding milk power mix it in that chocolate mixture…

It would be like this…

Now pour it evenly but don’t use any equipment to do so like this… 




After doing so put it in refrigeration for 40 to 50 minutes but before that you may add a gold foil or silver foil over it.

Finally it is ready to serve……. 

Now you got realize that it is not easy to make it home but if you didn’t feel it then I would have interest to tell you that it is easy to read the recipe to make the one of the costliest dessert as in the blog but oppositely it is really very pain full to make it at home specially when you are making it firstly…

I’m not saying it from my side, but my wrists are complaining to me that they work hard than harder hahaha…

But the great thing is, its taste is more than awesome like I’ve no word to express it taste plz try to understand my feelings naa…

Now it is the time to enjoy this dessert with the family
